Eco Solutions

Final Coat has always had a never ending quest to be proactive in reducing our carbon footprint and make sure that all our policies adhere to this. From recyclable packaging, to making our documents available on-line and to keep our printable material Forest Stewardship Council certified, all help in our endeavors.

Final Coat's advanced corrosion module's "E.I.C.C.T." technology also does its part. So far this technology has prevented over 1,000,000 liters of chemical spray pollutants from entering the ecosystem and that number is growing daily. That's great for everyone.

Charity Involvement

The James Peek Memorial Golf Classic

The James Peek Memorial Golf Classic is held in memory of James Patrick Peek, friend, brother, and son, who took his life at the age of 17. This year marks the 17th Annual James Peek Memorial Golf Classic. To date your generous support has raised over $500,000 toward mental health programming, providing much needed information and support to youth in our community.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the participants and sponsors of the James Peek Memorial Golf Classic for helping to reduce the stigma associated with mental illness and contributing to new and exciting initiatives that promote the well being of young people like James.

Bell Kaleidoscope of Hope

The Bell Kaleidoscope of Hope Gala is a focused initiative to raise money in support of youth mental health. The 2011 inaugural KOH Gala was founded in direct response to the alarming increase in youth depression, anxiety, and suicide.

In a concerted effort to reach more troubled youth in their time of need, the Youth Services Bureau, DIFD with the Ottawa Senators Foundation, and CHEO will come together at the 2014 KOH Gala to raise funds for their respective foundations. No youth should have to languish on a long waiting list - the difference of a day can mean the difference between life and death.
